		<description>I would not call the Czech Republic as a country &quot;eurosceptic&quot;. Opinion polls are pro-EU and so is the Czech government. The only anti-EU guy is the President who constitutionally has very limited powers and it seems that the press often overlooks this fact and gives far too much importance to his statements.

I am afraid that the coordination problem will not vanish with the Lisbon treaty. The permanent president is only the president of the European Council, 6 month rotating presidencies will remain in place for the Council of Ministers. Moreover, there seems to be consensus for scrapping the idea of a smaller commission.</description>
