Hi Emm, thanks for the comment.

It was as warm as an English Autumn for most of the time I was in Cape Town. But it did get colder at night. Considering that was the middle of winter there’s not much to complain about. Plenty of northern Europeans on the beaches.

I started uni in 1980, interesting times…

Great post! Was it cold? I’ll bet it was. What years were you at uni? I only got to uni in 1991 so while we were still subject to tear gas and disappearances, mostly it was about the endof Apartheid and the new South Africa rolling in.

Hi Tim. I am also a Stevenage Homes leaseholder who is disgusted by the 5 fold increase in management fees. This is simply not fair. Please get in touch to discuss how we can fight this.

I’ve just opened my letter. I suspect we are not the only ones who are angry about this.

We need to get organized on this. I am going ahead and setting up the on-line forum I was thinking about. That way at least there will be a web space where we can all exchange gripes.

We can see how it evolves from there.
